If you need to transfer through other countries, don’t forget to check their local COVID-19 regulations.
Restrictions in Innsbruck: there are only mask mandates in the pharmacies and when visiting a doctor.
COVID-19 protective measures on the conference site
Masks are recommended on the conference site given the international nature of the meeting.
COVID-19 testing facilities
There is a pharmacy 150m away from the conference site that provides Covid-tests (Loewenapotheke).
- A lateral flow test is available for 10€ (about 10USD) and ready within 15 minutes with an official confirmation.
- A PCR test costs 40€ (about 40USD) and you get the official result within some hours (until 4pm on the same day).
Also a free PCR testing is offered by the initiative “Tirol gurgelt”. Once registered online, one can pick up a PCR gargle test kit at a registered pick-up station. Test sampling can be performed in your accommodation and the test vial needs to be deposited in a drop-box at a registered pick-up station before 10 am.
